Enterux (http://www.entvoice.com/training/) is conducting 5 Day courses (residential) in Mumbai for Asterisk users and admins. The courses are conducted in collaboration with MTNL (?) and are aimed to make Asterisk gurus of novices. d-Cap (Digium Certified Asterisk Professional) exam is also available to be taken at the end of the course. There is some cool stuff, freebies available with the course material. Enterux is Digium Authorized Training Center.
